The Memory Project Digital Archive was created between 2002 - 2006. The Digital Archive allows Canadians to explore more than 90 years of Canadian military history through hundreds of first-hand accounts and artefacts shared by veterans and serving soldiers from across Canada. Interviews from Second World War veterans housed in this original project have also been transferred over to The Memory Project: Stories of the Second World War.
The Canadian Battlefields Study Tours are designed to introduce high school teachers to some of the most important Canadian battlefields and memorials in Belgium and France. A separate English and French tour run each summer. Click here for more information on this unique professional development opportunity.
This is a user generated archive of stories, pictures, and documents which house the unique experiences of Ontario’s veterans. Students, family members and veterans themselves are encouraged to contribute stories to the archive.
