I joined the CF in 1972 as one of the last Canadian Womens Army Corp Reserve enrollees . I worked as a administrative clerk but I had the opportunity to work as a driver/communicator with the Artillery, and I worked in St Hubert during the Olympics in Montreal and I have many years of volunteer tine with the Royal Canadian Army Cadets.

In my civilian life I was a nurse for 35 years. I have vast experiences in oncology and the wild adventures of a downtown Toronto emergency room. I was also a member of the nuclear and chemical incident team.
