Sgt (retired) David T. MacLeod CD, MA served in the Canadian Forces 1982-2010. As an Infantryman (Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry) and later an Intelligence Operator, he served in several missions including Cyprus, Bosnia, Kosovo, the NORAD closure and control of North American airspace during the 9/11 terror attacks, operations in support of Afghanistan, and within Afghanistan. While serving he earned a BA (Political Science) from the University of Manitoba and an MA (Human Security & Peacebuilding) from Royal Roads University.
