Speaker Bio:

Speaking Topics:

Navy; Second World War; Military History

My influences were from my family and their tales of what it was like to live through the Second World War both in Canada and overseas. This led me to explore the rich history that was my roots. As I ventured deeper into the research, I found myself engaged more into the RCN and the Battle of the Atlantic. As an amateur historian, I thoroughly enjoy my time to volunteer at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and HMCS Sackville, the Last Flower Class Corvette in the world. It is my personal belief that we should tell everyone we can about this pivotal point in time and to provide future generations with a sense of pride and knowledge to carry on to the next person, about how important the men and women of Canada were to the world! I hope tp speak to you soon!...
