Special Note for Remembrance Day

This year’s submission deadline for Remembrance Season requests is October 3. Visits are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Memory Project receives hundreds of requests for speakers for November 11th. We recommend submitting your request at least two months in advance, to ensure we have time to find a suitable speaker. If your dates are flexible, we will be more likely to arrange for a speaker to visit your group. While we make every effort to match speakers with nearby events, we cannot guarantee someone will be available for your visit, especially during the Remembrance period. 

If you wish to welcome a Memory Project speaker at another time of year, please let us know. The Memory Project arranges speaking engagements all year long.
